APPOINTMENTS

When booking an appointment for a treatment time of over 1 hour we will require 50% deposit paid in advance (in the case of gift vouchers we will also require the voucher issue number), should you not arrive for your treatment or you cancel without giving 24 hours notice you will forfeit your deposit. Please note any appointments that are cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total cost.
